Waterman is creatief, origineel en optimistisch. Een fantastische werknemer, want ze verliest nooit de hoop als het tegenzit. Wanneer een Waterman wordt uitgedaagd en gestimuleerd, functioneert ze goed. Het is een echte teamspelers en ontzettend sociaal. Voor een Waterman is 24 uur in een dag te weinig. Zodra niet alles gedaan is wat zij gepland had, is ze teleurgesteld en gestrest.
Vissen ♓︎ (20 februari – 20 maart)
Zodra Vissen op haar plek zit, blinkt zij op carrièregebied uit. Het is een snelle en nauwkeurige werker en gaat volledig in haar werk op. Doordat Vissen zo gevoelig en empathisch is, is een leidinggevende rol niet voor haar weggelegd. Vaak is een creatieve baan beter weggelegd voor Vissen. Vissen heeft veel moeite met conflicten op de werkvloer en heeft absoluut een harmonieuze werksfeer nodig om goed te kunnen functioneren. Daarnaast is ze door haar gevoeligheid snel gestrest.
Ram ♈︎ (21 maart – 20 april)
Een Ram zet zich voor de volle 100 procent in op zakelijk gebied en is niet bang om een gok te wagen, maar als het succes uitblijft geeft ze op of verliest ze haar interesse. Het is een geboren leider, maar voor werknemers niet altijd makkelijk omdat ze hoge verwachtingen heeft. Als collega is een Ram geweldig. Ze is vrolijk, enthousiast en bijna nooit slechtgehumeurd.
Stier ♉︎ (21 april – 21 mei)
Stier is een echte teamplayer, maar moet autonomie wel behouden omdat ze erg dominant en zelfstandig is. Het is een goede adviseur doordat ze alles heel scherp observeert. Met kritiek kan een Stier goed omgaan, waardoor ze een fijne collega is om mee samen te werken. Ze is erg perfectionistisch, dus ze houdt ervan als iemand erg nauwkeurig te werk gaat.
Tweeling ♊︎ (22 mei – 21 juni)
Tweelingen is een actief persoon en wil niet de hele dag achter een bureau zitten. Ze kan namelijk veel verschillende taken uitvoeren, is flexibel en functioneert heel goed binnen een team. Ze is een echte ondernemer wanneer het op gezelligheid op de werkvloer aankomt en organiseert het liefst zoveel mogelijk bedrijfsuitjes en feestjes. Een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel is iets wat Kreeft omschrijft. Het is een harde werker en ontzettend perfectionistisch als het op haar carrière aankomt. Ze is loyaal aan haar werkgever en raakt ontzettend gemotiveerd wanneer ze helemaal in hun werk opgaan. Als collega is een Kreeft vriendelijk en prettig in de omgang, maar zodra iemand het bloed onder haar nagels vandaan haalt komen ze voor zichzelf op. Zodra een Kreeft teveel op haar bord krijgt, word ze gestrest en chagrijnig.
Leeuw ♌︎ (23 juli – 23 augustus)
Leeuw houdt van uitdaging en is een harde werker. Ze is erg loyaal en werkt soms jarenlang voor hetzelfde bedrijf, ze houdt namelijk niet van veranderingen. Door haar enthousiasme is er weinig nodig om haar te motiveren. Toch houdt Leeuw niet van kritiek en is snel beledigd. Tegen collega’s is ze sympathiek en enthousiast, maar kan wel dominant overkomen.
Maagd ♍︎ (24 augustus – 22 september)
Maagd is erg serieus en levert altijd goed werk. Door haar intelligentie is ze heel goed in anderen analyseren. Toch denken ze altijd rationeel na en daardoor zijn ze goed in het oplossen van problemen en conflicten. Ze is er geïnteresseerd in haar collega´s en betrokken in hun levens, maar laat zelf het liefst zo min mogelijk los. Maagd raakt erg gestrest zodra dingen niet gaan zoals zij ze voor ogen had en kan daar lang over piekeren.
Weegschaal ♎︎ (23 september – 22 oktober)
Weegschaal werkt om te leven, niet andersom. Ze is wel bereid om minder te verdienen voor een leuke baan. Ze is intelligent, leergierig en nieuwsgierig. Ze houdt van harmonie op de werkvloer en doet haar best om al hun collega’s te helpen.
Schorpioen ♏︎ (23 oktober – 21 november)
Schorpioen functioneert niet goed in een groot team doordat ze erg zelfstandig is. Om haar taken goed uit te kunnen voeren wil ze het liefst in alle rust werken. Ze doet het liefst één ding tegelijkertijd, maar wel wat ze zelf leuk vindt. Als collega is ze vriendelijk, maar gereserveerd. Wanneer kritiek op de juiste manier gegeven is, waardeert ze het.
Boogschutter ♐︎ (22 november – 22 december)
Boogschutter is een harde werker. Haar werkgevers en collega’s zijn vaak blij met haar omdat ze goed presteert. Het liefst werkt ze in een klein team omdat ze dan het gevoel heeft extra veel te kunnen leren. Ook draait ze haar hand niet om als ze een ander moet helpen. Vaak is het een geliefde collega’s door de rust die ze uitstraalt, mensen voelen zich op hun gemak in haar omgeving. Wel heeft een Boogschutter steeds nieuwe uitdagingen nodig omdat ze snel verveeld raakt.
